API keys
Give each person or app its own key, so you can see who used what and revoke one without disturbing the others. Revoking a key also disconnects your assistants; they reconnect with a current key.

Connected assistants
Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants connect with "Sign in with HorizonIQ". To cut them all off now (for example after a lost laptop), disconnect them; each must sign in again.

Create alerts by asking your assistant (for example "alert me when diesel is up 10% on a year ago"), or with the REST API.

Connect your AI assistant
HorizonIQ speaks MCP, the open standard for assistant tools. Pick yours; menu names can differ slightly between versions.
- Claude (web or desktop) → Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. On Team and Enterprise plans an owner adds it for the organization first (Admin settings → Connectors); members then connect.
- Name: HorizonIQ. URL:
https://horizoniq.fundas.ai/mcp - Click Connect; on the HorizonIQ page that opens, paste your API key and approve.
- In a chat, enable HorizonIQ and ask: "Are restaurant margins being squeezed?"
- ChatGPT → Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced → turn on Developer mode. Custom connectors need a plan that allows them; on Business and Enterprise a workspace admin may need to allow them first.
- Create a connector: name HorizonIQ, MCP server URL
https://horizoniq.fundas.ai/mcp, authentication OAuth. - Sign in on the HorizonIQ page with your API key, then pick HorizonIQ in a new chat.

Your data
Download everything HorizonIQ holds about your company, or close the account. Closing ends the subscription and deletes keys, alerts, usage and assistant sign-ins now; billing records stay with Stripe as the law requires. Questions: hello@fundas.ai.
